  • Rules & Regulations: 1. Please BE ON TIME. Check-in time is between 8:30AM~8:45AM. Matches start at 9AM in Suite E. We will be enforcing the 5 minutes forfeit timeframe if you are late when your match is called. 2. All players provide 2 shuttlecocks upon checking in. When each team plays 4~6 games, each player contributes 2 shuttlecocks. When each team plays 7~8 games, each player contributes 3 shuttlecocks. When players play 9+ games, contribute 4 from each player. 3. Shuttlecock needs to be YONEX AS30 or above. Players can purchase two (2) AS30 for $8 at the check-in desk. Payment: Zelle / Venmo / Cash 4. Please DO NOT do a No-Show. You will be banned for 4 weeks of future leagues. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the event. 5. Teams will be binned into pools based on ranking and other fairness factors. Admin members reserve the right to move people accordingly. 6. Due to court reservation time limits, please limit the warmup time to 2 minutes max. 7. Play 1 set, 21 points. Switch side at the 11th point. "Win by 2" in case of 20-20, max 30 points. 8. For maintaining the quality of all games, please watch gameplays from different levels on https://www.youtube.com/@GamePointPlus if you are unsure about your skill level or unfamiliar with games' competitiveness. You can also visit www.GamePointPlus.com to take the self-assessment questionnaires. 9. For reasons related to time conflicts and injuries, we can allow substitution for a team. However, even though that team can still play in the league, they will not be eligible to win prizes. 10. Matches will be randomized, and games will be automatically generated at the start of the event. 11. Top two teams from each pool will enter into Finals and Semi-Finals to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place. 12. Please maintain good sportsmanship. Positivity is an important trait to keep the games fun and enjoyable while being competitive. 13. photographic or video recordings of participants may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting. If you do not wish to be included, please let the organizer know.
